That is why tea, that also has caffeine but in great combination with L-theanine can benefit your brain. It will give you the alertness you need and the memory that you always wanted.
Water
In combination with anything you eat, drinking 8-10 glasses per day would also be great. Water is a great energy booster as it will replenish the lost fluids after any type of strenuous activity.
Small Frequent meals
These are not just recommended for people who tend to vomit a lot. Eating small yet frequent healthy meals can definitely boost your energy as opposed to eating three huge meals in a day. Try eating whole grain bread or crackers spread with peanut butter or wheat bread with milk.
Those are basically easy but definitely helpful ways to help boost your energy levels.

He was fortunate enough to be signed by LOSC Lille (One of the top football teams in France and current Ligue 1 Title holders!).
His footballing career in France didn’t last too long, and he soon found himself back in Toronto, working as a professional trainer to a variety of clients. He was able to incorporate everything He’d learned back in France into his training regimes and very soon he began taking steps to innovate the fitness industry. Following the advice of one of his clients, Yuri launched the very first MP3 work-out program. The idea behind this was clients could work out to the sound of his voice, but they need not be in his actual presence.
It was a piece of genius, and at the time, a revolutionary idea! One that so many customers took to because it added so much convenience in their lives! Throughout time, he further evolved this idea, launching a website dedicated to providing a thorough and comprehensive fitness regime that customers could access from just about anywhere in the world. Therein lied Yuri Elkaim’s true passion in life; coaching, facilitating, guiding and helping people bring the best fitness results out of their own bodies. He was able to call upon his experience of training as a professional athlete and apply this into a working, training regime that people could not only execute themselves, but would be able to see solid results when executed properly.
